Duty Free Store is dedicated to protecting your privacy. Duty Free Store does not collect and use any more of your personal data than is necessary. By using Duty Free Store´s services you accept our processing of your personal data to the point that is necessary for providing the service.

All the information Duty Free Store collects is used to provide and improve its services. We only collect information which is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations or to reply to your queries.

Duty Free Store only shares information with third parties for processing purposes for the purposes mentioned here.

Duty Free Store stores the information in a secure way in accordance with its procedure for each processing.
How long do we keep your personal data?
It varies how long we keep your information. Duty Free Store must preserve the materials produced in the course of its work for 30 years, in accordance with the Public Archives Act No. 77/2014, and then submit them to the National Archives. This applies to enquiries regarding the Freedom of Information Act as well as all queries received through our web portals. Other personal information is only stored as long as is necessary and after that the information is deleted in accordance with Duty Free Store´s internal procedures.
Your right to access, rectification and erasure
According to data protection law you have the right to know about and access the information we have on you. You also have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself, have the information forwarded to a third party or have them erased.
