Himbrimi Winterbird Gin 40% 50cl

From Brunnur Distillery comes Himbrimi Winterbird, Iceland´s first London Dry Gin. Like Himbrimi Old Tom Gin, this gin is made with juniper berries, arctic thyme, and angelica flowers. Winterbird is distilled slowly by using the natural heat of geothermal water, resulting in an extremely smooth and floral gin.

Himbrimi Winterbird is perfect served with a crisp tonic or shaken into your favorite cocktail.
